Three generations at the grill.

Sabor started as a Sunday family asado in 1987. The recipes never changed — we just set more places at the table. Everything is cooked over Guanacaste firewood, and the tortillas are pressed when you order.

  • Wood fire only. No gas on the line, ever.
  • Twelve farm partners within 60km of the door.
