Do I need an engineer to set this up?

No. Most teams paste the snippet into their site or connect a warehouse with read-only credentials. Both take under ten minutes.

Where is my data stored?

EU or US region, your choice at signup. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we're SOC 2 Type II certified.

What counts as an event?

Any tracked user action — a pageview, a click, a signup. Server-side events count the same as client-side.

Can I export or delete everything?
